Smokehouse Potatoes

   Take potatoes and slice into 1/2 inch pieces. coat with olive oil and put on foiled rack. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and garlic Salt. Preheat smoker to 225-250. Add presoak hickory wood chips and a pan of water. Smoke for 1 hour, thicker slices could take longer. they are ready to eat when fork tender. You can add shredded Cheddar cheese on top eat with sour cream and or bacon bits.
